I have 11 #11 victors and one #2 victor all dls. I would like to sell them for $65 plus shipping or will trade them for dog proof traps, 1.5 coils, beaver footholds, conibears, or videos. As far as videos I would go for about any water animal video preferably Matt Jones or Dobbins. Thanks

Pics would be great. I'm always in market for #11s and #2 longs.

Here is the picture. I believe all but one #11 is pictured which was in my other shed at the time. They were dipped but it has since worn off at least a little bit and a coat of light rust waiting for the next dip in working through.

yote_trapper: just few more questions, I promise... 1. is that welded, kinkless chain I see on them, and did you add that component to them? 2. what is approximate age of these traps, and mind if I ask approximately how many seasons did they see use? 3. what is overall condition, spring strength, etc.? thank you sir, Jim

1. is that welded, kinkless chain I see on them, and did you add that component to them? Couldn't tell you at this time what type of chain it is. It was like that when I got them.
2. what is approximate age of these traps, and mind if I ask approximately how many seasons did they see use? Approximate age I also don't know. I bought these off a guy that was getting out of trapping. He said they saw very little use from him and I only used them myself one season and held everything I caught in them.
3. what is overall condition, spring strength, etc.? Overall condition is great. No pittting or heavy rusting. Slap another coat of dip or dye on them and your ready to go. Springs feel very strong to me. These are the only #11 dls I have owned and don't know how new #11's feel new for comparison.
If you need more pictures of a certain part let me know.

yote_trapper...in another post you mentioned maybe trading for #110s. I may be game for something like that. #110s is something I have an abundance of...several hundred, in fact. What are you looking for, and how many?

Am I being to picky or such with these? Price to high or what? I have been trying to trade/sell these for I don't know how long and can't seem to get rid of them.

yote_trapper: I think they are priced appropriately. A dozen new #11s comparable (like a Duke, or sleepy creek, etc....Victor no longer makes 11s except for the remakes of the old historical brand) are priced off the shelf at anywhere from $65 to $80 depending upon brand and jaw style. These all look like very good shape, plus the #2 instead of that 12th #11 in the mix. Just decided to keep what I have (no trading) and only buy more...except won't be doing that this year now with the little on the way October.

I wish I were a regular trapper and not a dealer ... that price is very good, and I would jump on them myself if not for the position that I am in. Feel free to add you post to our site also if you want to. oktrap.proboards98.com/index.cgi
