This dish Rocks!!!!
What you need..
2lbs. Venison 1/4 cup. Flour Salt and Pepper. 3 Tbsp. Oil 1 stalk of Celery 3 medium Onions, Sliced 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 cups. Tomatoes
Cut Venison into serving size pieces, Coat with flour and salt and pepper. Brown in frying pan on both sides in Oil. Add Celery and Onions,and contuine to brown. Add Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes, Cook (covered) 1-2 hours, until meat is tender. serve with noodles and enjoy ;D Makes 4 servings.
